Reviews and Ratings
Our stay at the Alexandra Resort was truly wonderful with stunning beaches and outstanding staff who made us feel welcome throughout our time there. The accommodations were exactly as advertised, and the beach was nothing short of paradise. However, we did encounter a few bumps with the bar not being fully stocked and dining options that could use improvement. Overall, it was a lovely vacation, but there are areas that need fine-tuning.
Unfortunately, my experience at this resort fell short of my expectations. While the beach was absolutely gorgeous, the dining options were quite limited and the resort's atmosphere felt a bit disorganized. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which was a plus, but the overall experience left me feeling a bit disappointed given the price I paid.
The resort has one of the most stunning beachfronts I've ever seen, with crystal white sand and vibrant blue waters. My room was spacious and like a little condo, which was a pleasant surprise, but the food was hit or miss, and the service could be slow at times. Overall, while we had a good time, there are certainly areas for improvement.
The Alexandra Resort is nestled in a stunning area right on Grace Bay beach, offering a cozy atmosphere with lovely tropical gardens and inviting pools. The spacious rooms have a charming but slightly dated decor. Dining options are abundant, especially with the standout Fish Deck restaurant and the unique Black Rock experience, though there could be more late-night entertainment. Overall, it's a fantastic option for families but may not suit those looking for vibrant nightlife.
I had high hopes for my stay but ultimately found it disappointing. The location is unbeatable, right on Grace Bay, and my room was spacious and clean, but the service was inconsistent and often frustrating. The dining options were limited and not up to par for an all-inclusive resort, which made for a less enjoyable experience overall.
